Add the pixel to Webflow

Paste the tag into your site's head code and publish.

The pixel is one line that reports real visits, sales and speed from your Webflow site, so your Growth Score uses facts. Copy the tag from the Pixel card on the Website page, then follow these steps.

  1. Find where code goes

    Open Site settings, Custom code. This is where Webflow keeps code for the whole site.

  2. Paste the tag

    Paste the tag into Head code and save. The tag then runs on every page of the site.

  3. Save and visit your site

    Publish the site, then visit it once. Custom code does nothing until the site is published.

The Pixel card saysWhat it means
Waiting for the first visitThe tag has not reported yet. Visit your site once and wait a minute.
LiveVisits are arriving from your site.
QuietNo visit has reached us for two days. Check that the tag is still on your homepage.

Custom code is a site setting, so the tag runs on every page of the site, not one page.

The card still says Waiting for the first visit

Publish or save the change, then open your homepage in a browser that does not send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, because the pixel stays silent for both. Wait a minute and reload the Website page.

Is this my site to edit?

If not, the Pixel card has Email my developer and Copy message for my developer. The message holds the tag and the steps.
