Troubleshooting

Fix a site that cannot be read, a failed check, a silent pixel, a Google or Stripe error or a failed payment.

Most problems fall into one of these. Find the message you see, then try the fix beside it. If it still fails, send a request and a person will help.

The Growth Diagnosis

  1. Check the address and the email

Use the full address of a public site, and a work email that can receive mail, so the result can be sent.

  2. Make sure the site is public

The diagnosis reads only what any search engine can open. A site behind a sign-in cannot be read.

  3. Try again later

Each site and each person can run it a few times a day. If you are told so, come back the next day.

Words you do not know are in the glossary.
