Prices are in US dollars. Yearly billing saves you 2 months. Any tax that applies is added at checkout and shown on your receipt.
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Pro or Growth, monthly or yearly. Pro can start with a 7-day trial.
Pay by card
Checkout takes a card and your billing address. The plan renews by itself each month or year until you cancel.
Find your invoices
Invoices, receipts and card details in Plan and billing opens your billing portal, where you can also update your card.
Change plan
Press Change plan in Plan and billing. It opens the billing portal, where you pick the new plan and confirm. An upgrade applies now and you pay only the difference. A move to a cheaper plan starts at the end of the period you paid for, with no credit for the rest of it.
Cancel in two clicks
Press Cancel plan
It is on Plan and billing, next to Change plan.
Confirm
Press Yes, cancel my plan, or Keep my plan to stop.
You keep full access until the end of the time you paid for. To undo a cancellation while the period is still running, press Keep my plan on the same page. After the period ends, Start it again brings your workspaces back as they were.
There is no pause. You cancel, or you move to a cheaper plan, and either takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
No part of a period that has started is refunded or credited, including when you cancel, since access covers all of it. A charge made in error is refunded in full, and so is anything your local law requires.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year at ten months' price, so you save 2 months. It renews each year until you cancel.
What if a payment fails?
If a renewal cannot be collected, Stripe retries the card on its own and your billing page says so. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends and paid access stops. Your data stays on your account, and you can export it. Update your card in the billing portal to keep access.
Will the price ever change?
If your plan's price changes, we email you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Press Change plan on your billing page. An upgrade applies now and you pay only the difference. A move to a cheaper plan starts at the end of the period you paid for, with no credit for the current period. There is no pause.
Where do I find my invoices?
On your billing page, open Invoices, receipts and card details. It opens the billing portal, where you can also update your card.
