Decision log and growth memory

The Decisions tab on Results collects every decision in one timeline: Sprints you finished, experiments you concluded, and decisions you record by hand. Each is read against your numbers one and three months later.

   Record a decision

   Write The decision, pick the Number it should move and the date it was decided, then press Record it.

   Add the full memo (optional)

   Context, options considered, why this one, risks and next steps.

   Come back for the result

   Open Memo and result on the row and write what happened. The result is read from the number unless you set it.

A result is a signal, not proof: a month changes for many reasons at once.

Growth memory

The Memory tab is what this workspace has learned: Sprints, experiments, decisions, daily notes and assumptions, searchable and filtered by type, lane and result. Download CSV takes what the filters show, and Download notes takes the whole record.

Memory belongs to the workspace, not to a person. When people change, or the workspace is handed over, what was learned stays with the company.
