One trial per person, card, site
If your email, your card or your site has had a trial, the plan starts paid and we tell you before you confirm.
A regular card is needed
Prepaid cards cannot start a trial. A debit or credit card can.
A trial has smaller limits
1 site, 1 competitor, 10 site rechecks a day and no team seats. The full plan applies once it converts.
Prove the site is yours
Competitors, rechecks and Fix Packs open during the trial once you verify your site.
Only Pro has a trial
Starter and Growth start paid, and there is no free plan.

How does the trial work?
Pro starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required, and nothing is charged until the 7 days end. We email you two reminders on days 4 and 6 of the trial. Plan and billing shows the day the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. There is one trial per person, card and site. During the trial you can have 1 site, 1 competitor, 10 site rechecks a day and no team seats. The full plan applies once the trial converts.
Can I cancel any time?
Open your billing page, choose Cancel plan, then confirm. It takes two clicks. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for and nothing is charged after it. There is no pause. Cancelling and moving to a cheaper plan both start when the paid period ends. A period already under way is not refunded in part. You can start the plan again later and your workspaces come back as they were.
Can I get a refund?
No part of a period that has started is refunded or credited, including when you cancel, since access covers all of it. A charge made in error is refunded in full, and so is anything your local law requires.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is by card, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and any tax that applies is added at checkout and shown on your receipt. You can change plan or update your card from your billing page.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year at ten months' price, so you save 2 months. It renews each year until you cancel.
What if a payment fails?
If a renewal cannot be collected, Stripe retries the card on its own and your billing page says so. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends and paid access stops. Your data stays on your account, and you can export it. Update your card in the billing portal to keep access.
Will the price ever change?
If your plan's price changes, we email you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Press Change plan on your billing page. An upgrade applies now and you pay only the difference. A move to a cheaper plan starts at the end of the period you paid for, with no credit for the current period. There is no pause.
