Your Growth Score

Read your score, its band and the pillars behind it, and see how far it can rise.

Score is one number for how well your startup's growth is working. It is read from your own site and the sources you connect, and it is read again every day, so it moves when you fix something or when something breaks.

The number

Higher is better. It sits at the top of Score, with your band beside it.

Your band

A plain label for where the number puts you: Spark, Foothold, Lift, Flywheel or Compounding, from lowest to highest.

Points possible

How far your score could rise if the open fixes on your list went live, written as +N points possible.

Your standing

How you compare with startups at your stage: below average, typical or above average. It needs your monthly numbers.

The 12 pillars

Under the number, each pillar has its own card. A measured pillar shows its band and how much of it was read. An unmeasured one says Not measured yet and the step that would measure it, such as Connect Stripe.

PillarWhat it covers
TractionHow fast new customers are coming in.
Product-Market FitHow well your product fits its market.
AcquisitionHow new visitors find and reach your site.
ActivationHow well a sign-up becomes an active user.
RetentionHow many customers stay, month after month.
MonetizationHow well usage turns into revenue.
Unit EconomicsWhat it costs you to win and keep a customer.
Referral & BrandHow much growth comes from word of mouth.
Offer & PositioningHow clear and compelling your offer reads.
Growth EngineHow repeatable your growth motion is.
Data & MeasurementHow well you can see what is working.
Capital & ScaleHow ready your business is to grow bigger.

Pillars that start at a later stage sit after the active ones and say Opens at the stage. They carry no points until then. Pillars that are not measured yet explains each message.

The tabs

TabWhat it holds
PillarsYour score, band, points possible, standing and the 12 pillar cards. Refresh now asks for a fresh read instead of waiting for the daily one
HistoryYour score over time, and a link to what changed after your work on Results
SettingsThe sites in this workspace and, for the workspace owner, a badge that shows your score on your own site

Next +N at the foot of the score opens Roadmap, where the biggest gains are listed first. Diagnosis shows the same gaps pillar by pillar.

The score follows your live site and your connected sources. Ticking a task off does not raise it: put the fix live, then watch the number move on the next daily read.
