Roadmap, Actions and Sprints

Work the plan that moves your Growth Score: your next actions, this week's Sprints and your programs.

Roadmap is the plan that moves your Growth Score. Your next actions come first, then Sprints, which are pieces of growth work with a clear finish. Programs string Sprints together toward one outcome.

Actions

Do these next lists what to fix, with the points each one is worth, such as +12 points. Press Add to actions to put an item on your list. Below it, every action has its date, and you can Mark done, Edit it, or Add evidence.

List

Overdue, Today, Due within 7 days, Later and No date, plus what you finished in the last 14 days.

Board

To do, Doing and Done, moved with Start, Mark done and Reopen.

Calendar

A month at a time, with each day's actions listed.

Repeats

Daily, weekly or monthly. Ticking one off adds the next.

A Sprint's steps and your own actions are the same list: tick one here and it is ticked on the Sprint too.

Add evidence

Add evidence opens a panel beside the list. Pick the kind of record that matches what you did and press Fill in. A saved record counts as evidence for your Growth Score, so the pillars it supports can be measured. Close the panel to go back to your list.

Sprints

  1. Read the three picks

Each card says why it was picked, the number to watch and how many steps it has.

  2. Press I will do this

Its steps land in your actions with dates you can change. Not now hides it for 30 days. Not for me takes it off your list.

  3. Work it

Under In progress, tick steps off, change a date, or press Open workbench for the Sprint's page: why it matters, the playbook, each step and a report that builds as you answer.

  4. Finish it

Finish the Sprint unlocks once the needed questions are answered. Your decision goes to the decision log and is read against your numbers one and three months later.

Under Every Sprint that fits your business, the full library is grouped by area. Press Start on any of them. Drop it stops a Sprint under way: its open actions go and finished ones stay.

Before you add any numbers, the picks follow your kind of business and stage. Add last month's numbers and they start following your own figures.

Programs

A program is a roadmap of Sprints toward one outcome, in the order that lifts your score most. The tab appears once programs are published. Press Start this program and its roadmap is dated from today. When your score moves, the order updates and a short note says why. A Sprint you already started keeps its place.

Bring your actions in

  1. Export a CSV

From Trello, Asana, Notion or ClickUp.

  2. Choose the file

In the Settings tab, under Bring your actions in, press Choose a CSV file (up to 900 KB).

  3. Match the columns

Pick the column that holds the action name. Date, status and repeat are optional.

  4. Check and import

See the first rows as they will land, then press Import. Up to 500 rows come in.

Your calendar

The Your calendar card, in the Settings tab, gives you a private link: Add to Google, or Apple or Outlook. Dated actions appear there and refresh every few hours. Make a new link and stop the old one if you shared it by mistake.

The morning email that lists your day is switched in the Notifications tab of Settings.
