Set up your workspace
Answer a few questions so your score, actions and numbers fit your company.
A workspace is the company you work on. Setup asks one thing at a time and takes about two minutes. Your answers decide which numbers you are compared with and which work comes first.

What is the business model?
One question per screen
- Where you are: Step X of N.
- Pick a card and it moves on by itself.
- Back to change an answer, Next when a screen has fields.
What is your role?
Founder (you run the company, from idea to exit), Head of Growth (you own growth at any stage) or Team member (you work on growth with a founder or a lead).
What is the business model?
B2B SaaS, B2C app or subscription, Marketplace, D2C or e-commerce, Services or Other. Your numbers are compared with businesses like yours.
About the company
Your company name, your website, what you sell in one line and your currency. The website is what the site checks read.
Set one goal
Optional. Pick a Main focus, then The number, a Target and a date in By. No goal for now is a fine answer.
There is no question about your stage. Surfil works it out from your answers and from the data you connect, and updates it as that data grows.
Press Finish setup and you land on Score. If you gave a website, its first read starts on its own.
Can I change my answers later?
The owner can. Open Settings, the Workspace tab, and press Change setup. Your earlier answers are already filled in.
Who can run setup?
Only the workspace owner. Editors and collaborators see the result.
