Reports and live links
Show your numbers to a manager, board or investor, as a file or a link that stays current.
Reports turns your workspace into something you can hand to someone else. Choose who reads it and they see only what suits them. The workspace owner and editors can make reports; collaborators cannot.

Pick who reads it
Each reader has its own card with PDF and Word buttons: a file you attach to an email.
Or make a live link
Under Live links, choose who reads it and how long it lasts: 7, 30 or 90 days, or until withdrawn. Press Make link.
Copy it now
A new link is shown once. It updates itself as your numbers change, and no account is needed to open it.
Withdraw it any time
The list shows each link's status and when it was last viewed. Withdraw stops it at once.
PDF and Word
A file for each reader, current at the moment you press the button.
Live link
A read-only page that stays current. Whether your plan includes live links is in the plan table.
Your name on reports
On plans that include it, the Settings tab lets you set your company name and a PNG logo, shown instead of Surfil on every report and link.
Your public record
In the Settings tab, switch on a public page with a handle of your choice. It lists your finished Sprints and how much each moved, as percentages only. Company names and figures are never shown, and Switch off takes it down whenever you like.
