Terms of Service
The agreement covering use of Surfil, in six numbered sections. The unusual part is section 5: our honesty policy is a contractual posture, not a marketing one.

1.Agreement
By using Surfil you agree to these terms. If you use Surfil for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.
2.The service
An on-device control plane that intercepts once and produces signed outputs. Execution is unmetered; the signed value-output is metered as one Credit.
3.Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass signing, forge receipts, or run Surfil to intercept systems you don't control. Security paths fail closed by design.
4.Billing & credits
Credits are consumed window → monthly → paid → granted. Decrements are atomic and idempotent. Cancellation enters a grace period; your Weave export remains available.
5.Warranties & honesty
We make measured claims only. We never state that Surfil is “certified”, and we publish no savings percentage. Cost figures are measured on your own traffic and signed.
6.Liability
Provided as-is within the limits of applicable law. Enterprise SLAs are set out in your order form.
