A small team, stated honestly
Surfil is early and small. Rather than invent an org chart or borrow gravitas, here is the honest version: who you reach, how we work, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
No phantom org chart
The same honest-claims rule that governs the product governs this page.
We could stack this page with titles and stock headshots. We won't. Surfil is a small founding team building in the open, and the honest position is the position: named leadership and bios appear here as the team grows and it's real to share - not before. In the meantime, the people who built Surfil are the people who answer your email.
Reach a founder →The standard we hold ourselves to
Honest by construction
We ship what we can prove. No fabricated customers, metrics or certifications - the product's whole thesis forbids it, and so do we.
Small on purpose
A small team means no support labyrinth and no phantom org chart. You reach the people who actually built the thing.
Evidence over narrative
Every claim we make is measured and signed, or it does not ship. That discipline starts with how the team runs itself.
Build it with us, or just reach us
Open roles are on the careers page, and a human - usually a founder - reads what you send. No labyrinth, no phantom org.
