Sourcegraph Cody Adapter

The Cody adapter registers the forg MCP server in Sourcegraph Cody's MCP config. It emits tool-call metadata and session boundaries for Cody-assisted coding workflows, with no prompt content captured by default.

Install

forg connect cody

How it works

FORG installs the MCP server configuration at ~/.sourcegraph/cody/mcp.json. Once connected, Sourcegraph Cody sessions are automatically registered with FORG, and you can view session metadata, token usage, and cost attribution in your dashboard.

Verification

After installation, run forg status to confirm the adapter is active. Open your FORG dashboard to see Sourcegraph Cody sessions appear in real time.
